Best tasting gluten-free good old-fashioned burger I've had in years. The fact the owner is/was a professional chief really shows with the combination of flavours. I have been back a couple of times, I have been working in Burpengarry, and every time the team has given prompt, friendly service. The store and cooking area are tidy & very clean. ( no grease filled blobs hiding under the stands.) I chose the single smash patty called ' boring single ' I got a simple good tasting 100% beef burger, that WASN'T boring.A FRESH gluten free bun, that I could get my mouth around & & wait for it the bun, was the correct ratio meat and bun ..I COULD TASTE THE burger & FILLINGS AND DID NOT need water to wash down the frequently dry oversized gluten free buns many serve. PS they have heaps of other good-looking food choices, but I just wanted something that tasted like the home cooked food BEFORE I heard of gluten-free. It is a great small business where the owners cook the food. Enjoy
