Dazzo's Kitchen

Dazzo’s is hands down THE best restaurant in Oneonta. No other restaurant in town operates at this caliber, I can easily see them earning Michelin Stars as they continue on. They offer a dynamic, sentient menu; it changes with the seasons, and is carefully curated with the effort of the entire staff. Chef Eric and Danielle’s experience in the culinary field is applied with expert precision and palpable devotion. They are a pillar of the community, as they support local farms and culinary artisans, using the ingredients to their fullest potential. The menu always offers something for everyone; gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. They are the “IT” restaurant, as I see many of the other places in town trying to imitate them now….highest form of flattery. If you want to impress and inspire someone (local or otherwise) and show them what the most talented, focused, perseverant locals can achieve in the culinary field- take them to Dazzo’s.

The scallops with gluten free pasta was great. The atmosphere and staff were very nice. Can't wait to go back.
