There was no information on the site about the options for allergies, so I went here with very low expectations. Immediately upon arrival we asked about the options. There is gluten-free flour that is made with water and without egg. So vegan. A little later the waiter brought the mix (Koopmans) to the table to check the ingredients, which was based on corn and potato. The shortening turned out to also be vegetable, so I was pleasantly surprised. I opted for bacon, mushrooms and onion. With a natural or weaker flavor such as apple, I think the flavor of this dough comes to the fore too much, but with stronger flavors it was great. Actually, it was not inferior to a regular pancake. I really enjoyed it and can recommend it for a wheat, cow's milk and egg allergy.
