Called ahead, talked to Jennifer, who demonstrated knowledge and experience navigating the menu for my celiac needs. Offered as celiac safe, Brazilian Salmon (prepared on separate grill from other food), Ecuadorian Shrimp Ceviche (chips are gluten free), Beet Salad, Moqueca, and the Pasolé. Split the salmon and Moqueca dishes with my spouse and enjoyed the the beet salad for myself. Quality was high, presentation was top notch, and flavorful, and service was attentive and responsive. I had no reaction, and would go again!

We stayed in this hotel and opted to have breakfast in the restaurant. The server was great and the ambiance was very nice. There were very limited gluten free options. They didn't have any gluten free breads but you could get most breakfast dishes minus the toast/pastry and it would be ok.
