It was like a fireworks show yesterday in the Kas. With every course it was ohhhh, ahhhh how great. One table of 5 of which 2 vegan, 1 gluten and lactose free and 2 "normal" Really spectacular how they do that there. Top employees and with a lot of humor. Hadn't been there for years and haven't eaten as super delicious as last night for a long time. Don't stay away for so long again.

Great dinner experience. I really like the fact that the menu is shaped by the seasonal availability of the products they grow themselves. The food is very tasty, made with a lot of thought and precision! I particularly want to point out (as someone with celiac disease, strictly no gluten) they did and extremely good job in taking care of my diet and by making sure that the cross contamination was eliminated in every possible risk. And I liked the ambiance, no to little music which made it a very calm and nice environment for conversations without hearing others around you, acoustics well done

I’ve been to tons of high end restaurants in different countries but De Kas was by far the best experience I ever had. Being vegan and my partner also plus gluten allergic that didn’t stop them to deliver high level of cuisine, service and environment. You must go and experience it you will remember it for the rest of your life
