100% GLUTEN-FREE! The best gluten-free carbonara in Zaragoza. A very extensive menu, something for all tastes. An Italian restaurant with such a gluten-free selection is appreciated. A group of friends went for dinner, only I am celiac. Everyone else agreed that the food was VERY good, and you couldn't tell it was gluten-free. As for the menu: you have several individual starters to choose from, including a delicious aranccino (a croquette filled with rice and blue cheese), and the porceta bigné, which I highly recommend ordering; the contrast in flavor is amazing! There are also Italian cured meat platters to share. As for the main courses, you can choose from a wide variety of pizzas: I recommend the sausage and confit tomato one. There's also a wide variety of pasta options. I tried the carbonara and I swear it's the best gluten-free I've eaten in Zaragoza. There are desserts, including a pistachio and lotus tiramisu that I was dying to try because we were so full! The service was fast and attentive. I will definitely be back!
