NY family loves the big papa however they are frequently out of the gluten free bagels. Turn phones off so you can not call ahead to make sure they have them. They also will not sell gluten free bagels without a topping so if you have a lot of allergies and need to take home, it's not the place for you. Service can be rude and for the price you pay they can be nicer. The waits are extremely long .

Could not be happier with their gluten free bagel selection (and kind staff that offer to toast their gf bagels separately). This is a shop for the foodie- their amazing selection of sandwiches including hash browns, peppers, chicken tenders are fantastic. And Omar coffee- just the best!!
