Pure, delicious, welcome and.. gluten-free pancakes. What a nice place to have lunch!

De Zaagkoele is a very cozy establishment on the beautiful Brink in Dwingeloo. We ate a pancake outside on the terrace. This was richly filled with cheese, ginger, apple and bacon. My wife ordered a gluten-free Norwegian pancake (with salmon). Both tasted wonderful and lasted a whole meal.
The service is very attentive, polite and personable. The atmosphere is very pleasant.
The corona measures still in force are applied in a relaxed manner.
A nice contribution for a pleasant stay in our familiar Dwingeloo
