The staff was very helpful with choosing a glutenfree and dairy free dish, and consulted kitchen staff to make sure it really is or to make adjustments. They even had glutenfree bread and glutenfree beer. Lovely experience, very nice staff.

Went to De Zwaan for dinner last night. The waitress who served us was very friendly and helpful. I am coeliac and vegetarian and she consulted with the kitchen to find a safe meal for me. The green olives we had to nibble on were the best olives I have ever eaten. I had a modified version of burrata and veg salad and it was tasty. We enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere in this busy, lively spot. We had the window seat so perfect for watching the world go by!
