My husband & I while on a road-trip, spotted this brewery as an option for lunch. We stopped in & our server suggested we speak with Erik, the Kitchen Manager because I am on a very restricted diet for health reasons. It limits seasonings, cooking oils, gluten, dairy & more. Erik modified a dish for me, creating a tasty lunch that I was anxious to eat & highly enjoyed. Erik made my food & checked on my satisfaction with it multiple times. Erick & his staff are kind, friendly & eager to assist! Great people!
