I looked up Hamilton bakeries looking for bread and this Dear Grain came up. I went today for the first time and I'm sure to return.
Oh my goodness the buckwheat (gluten free) chocolate cookie with a hint of salt on top was hard to eat s l o w. I'm assuming I met the owner who answered all my questions. Thank you. I look forward to eating a piece of the sour dough bread.

Got a very warm welcome upon entering the store. I have Celiac disease so finding a good bread that I can tolerate was important. I tried the classic sourdough loaf. Honestly, I could have inhaled it! But I controlled myself and had a few "test" slices. I did get the GF buckwheat chocolate chip cookie...delicious 🥰. I xant wait to get back downtown for more bread. Thank you!!!
