Our first visit was really good. 4 of us enjoyed some appetizers and a variety of drinks including non-alcoholic cocktails, real cocktails, and wine and we were really impressed with everything. We weren't as impressed with our entrees, especially my husband's which was a perfectly cooked fish but had no sides. He didn't realize that and didn't want to order anything once we'd already received our food. We followed dinner with dessert which again was very impressive like the start of our meal. Half our party is gluten free and one person lactose free and there were many options for everyone. Photo from desert.

We visited Bend for the holidays and scored a seat at the bar after I made reservations for the wrong night (after a concussion). Thankfully the hostess quickly refunded my reservation fee since we were a day early. When you first walk in - the hip, modern design and wallpaper is STUNNING! My spouse and I devoured the generous plate of Winter Kale Salad with persimmons, don't miss out on the King Salmon Crudo Tostata (but we were also considering the Heirloom carrots because they sounded amazing) and then the Columbia River Steelhead with Romanesco and purple cauliflower. Our bartender was super attentive (even tho were both alcohol-free) and created fun drinks for us without making us feel like we were lame for not being boozers. They can make some items gluten free which is awesome and the whole vibe is sexy date night. Met the sweetest retired couple at the bar from Orlando who are regulars. We fell in love with Bend... don't miss this if you're visiting.
