Debb's Cuisine On Queen

I called on Sunday to make a reservation for Valentines Day. We showed up for our reservation sat down to look at a menu and they had a special menu for Valentines Day that had only one gluten free option for me I specifically made a reservation for this restaurant because they usually have lots of gf choices. It took them a long time for our server to get to us before I could even ask about the menu. They were not willing to offer anything other than what was on the menu, so it was either eat the one thing gf that I didn't like or leave. So we left. They should have explained to us when I called to make the reservations that there would be a limited menu that did not offer gf and I would have made reservations elsewhere. Because they did not disclose this at that time our specially planned evening was ruined. It was impossible to go anywhere else without a reservation. We went from expecting a lovely meal at a nice restaurant to a trip to the grocery store instead. It was 8pm by the time I sat down to eat. This experience has a left me feeling bitter about ever going to Debs again.

I went to Deb's for the first time during Mudcat and was beyond impressed! Even though the power had just been out, you would never have guessed it! The food and portion sizes were amazing ! And for the price and quality of the meal it was beyond impressive! The staff were so kind and have a small town vibe of knowing their customers and taking interest in them. I wish there were more gluten free options but I know moving to a small town that option is limited. The restaurant does have some items that would be gluten friendly, and the atmosphere is very nice and makes you feel like a valued patron

Lovely atmosphere. Busy place. We walked I without a reservation and they were able to squeeze us in because it was just 5pm, but if you want to dine here make a reservation! Food was good I was happy they have gluten free options. Delicious gf Buns for burgers! The french fries are so good! The smoke They own ribs which wre delicious! Service was friendly, a tiny bit slow, which is expected for such a busy place.
