Had an awful first experience recently with a staff member there and do not think I'd ever go back :( ordered a gluten free pizza (for a coeliac sufferer) but it came out as regular wheat. When we let the waitress know that we ordered GF she argued with us that she "didn't think" we had ordered it that way, and THEN told us that if we wanted a gluten free pizza that we could actually eat, we would have to pay again (and the wheat pizza was taken back to the kitchen). It was a choice of either paying again, or not having any food at all (and the rest of our table was already eating). Really sad to have had this experience as it wasn't just a "change of mind", but a serious dietary requirement. Haven't been able to get back in touch this week to speak to the owner at a good time, but really sad it happened and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else with dietary problems :(
