Excellent restaurant Much of it is organic Any intolerances will be taken into account Vegan + gluten-free possible 1a operation and service The breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired!

I think the selection of regional, vegan and gluten-free products is great. I particularly like the breakfast - selection and view of the dunes! One or two more gluten-free alternatives (pasta, sweets) would be great, otherwise I'm happy. :)
