When my son was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 8, it was a challenge to find gluten-free products that actually tasted good. However, we were thrilled to discover this place, where we found a variety of delicious options. Overall, we’ve been regular customers and enjoyed most of the products, except for the Christmas cookies we ordered to take with us to London—they were unfortunately as hard as a rock.
At first, Miriam was very kind and helpful, which made our visits pleasant. Unfortunately, over time, her demeanor became increasingly rude and short, and she seemed annoyed whenever I came to pick up my orders. It left me feeling uncomfortable, and after a while, I decided to take my business elsewhere where I felt more welcomed.
While I still appreciate the quality of the products, the change in service made it difficult to continue as a loyal customer. I hope the team can address this, as it’s such a shame when excellent products are overshadowed by poor customer service.
