I ordered my birthday cake twice, The first year everything was perfect, the cake was delicious and very aesthetically pleasing. The second year, aesthetically all lumpy, the cream was not spread well and you could see the cake underneath. Despite this, I pay her, thank her and go to my birthday party a few hours later. The cake was completely frozen, inedible, terrible taste, frozen so much that it couldn't even be cut. I wrote the next day, having the w.sapp number and they told me the exact words "but we didn't know when he would eat it"... First of all, I warned you Period according to a birthday cake with cream when should you eat it? After two weeks? Plus I wasn't warned. After discussion, no apologies customer service, no discounts, just wall-crawling. Customers don't treat each other this way, especially since gluten-free foods aren't even cheap. Very bad experience, I will never return and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I discovered this pastry shop recently because I have a friend and sister with celiac disease. I recommend it for the owners' kindness and skill...I enjoyed two delicious birthday cakes! Well done I'll be back soon🍰

We found out about this place through a friend, we ordered our wedding cake and I had a birthday cake made for my wife as she is lactose intolerant. The cake was amazing, not to mention the writing carefully researched by the owners' daughter (laughter!!). We really recommend this place, if you have lactose or gluten intolerances it is the best place to go in Bologna not to mention the owners who are exceptional people. We will definitely be back for some treats!
