🧇☕️Amazing gluten free waffle…crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside! Paired perfectly with their smooth vanilla latte. Such a great find for gluten-free options without sacrificing flavor. Service was 10/10!

I am just getting to know Monroe, Louisiana, since my daughter is in school here now, & everything I uncover, I fall in love with! Delta Biscuit Company has Louisiana figured out! Before we moved to South Florida, we spent a lot of time in New Orleans & in Lafayette, & now Monroe shares their title of Flavor Capital of the Bayou State! One highlight of Delta is that they offer gluten free pancakes & waffles! And, they were so kind to allow me to substitute Bananas Foster on my pancakes! (normally served on French Toast) The decor is Southern gorgeous, & I adore the tile floors, reminiscent of Tujagues in Nola. Josie was the best Server!
