Dempsey's Food & Spirits

I had a nice time there. It is a place I could get comfortable in a hurry! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My wife has Celiac and the bartender did too. She was able to help my wife navigate the menu and everything turned out good! They have many menu items I would love to try! The loaded tots were killer! Corned beef and kraut! Yumm! Two things stuck out on the negative side, one, the coleslaw, seemed like salad with mayo. Very minor, easily forgivable. The second, the mixed drink cost. I believe a double Titos and soda was $18. That is nuts! may as well drink at the airport. At least at the airport the second shot is at a discount... All of that said, I will avoid the mixed drinks, but I will not avoid the establishment. I will return to try more of the menu and I'll stick with a beer!
