Best gluten free pizza crust ever. When we first moved to AK & found this place by accident, I panicked thinking the crust was a mistake. I met the chef/owner who giggled & even showed me the bag of flour. He showed me they have a separate, smaller prep table for their gf food. They make their gf dough from scratch, making sure of no cross-contamination through-out the whole process. I recommend you call to make sure they have gf crust available. It's thick like a real pizza dough. They use Caputo Gluten Free Flour, which has a Gluten-free wheat starch. I went down the rabbit hole on this one...it's safe for people with Celiac, not safe for people with a wheat allergy. Pictured is their gf garlic cheesy bread which I couldn't even wait to not eat 2 pieces before taking a picture
