We eat here frequently. Service is usually good & they have gluten free English muffins, as well as sub meat for fruit or potatoes for my vegetarian child. Usually they're good & willing to please. Today was an off tho. Food took awhile & they weren't that busy, mngr on duty wouldn't swap meat for hashbrowns- usually this isn't an issue bc meat cost more than potatoes-, salsa had turned rancid & part of our order was forgotten. Mngr did make it right at the register in the end tho & I understand that businesses have off days just like ppl do.😉
