Our group of 6 came in Sept 5th approx 11:15am. 1 senior specifically ordering GLUTEN FREE. With questions being asked for clarification to ensure the menu items were gluten free. Well this senior has been contaminated & is throwing up & in a great amount of pain! Thank you! Gluten free does not simply mean ingredients. It also means cross co taimination in preparation. Everything from the cooking surfaces, cooking g tools, cutting g surfaces, serving dishes. One can not toast regular bread on a flat top then toast a gluten free english muffin without proper cleaning on between. One can not spread butter on regular bread then use the same spreader and butter because BOTH of those are then contaminated! Properly educate the staff and learn how to properly provide a safe, as stayed on the menu, to your customers with serious health issues. If it wasn't the ingredients 100% it was a screw up in the preperation that is 100% due to short cuts, improper training, improper storage or improper cleaning. We will never recommend Dennys Medicine Hat to anyone and we will never take the chance there again especially when this person has never been contaminated before at any other restaurant.

Amazing gluten free options. Would highly recommend for celiac or gluten sensitivity.
