Gluten free options, cute decor! Delicious desserts! Service was great!

While in Halifax we were in search of a good place that had gluten-free dessert options and we found this place. Excellent atmosphere, service, and food. The peanut butter crunch cake (which was gluten-free) was incredible! We will definitely visit this place again when we are back in Halifax!

I ordered a sizzling brownie which was $15. My friend ordered the gluten free sizzling brownie which was $16. Upon receiving the brownies the waiter told us that all the brownies were in fact gluten free and vegan. I questioned this but the waiter assured us that all the brownies are the same and there was no different gluten free or vegan brownie. When we got the cheque, my celiac friend's bill was more expensive than mine despite ordering what was allegedly the exact same brownie. I asked that we pay the same for the same food but then the same waiter told me that the brownies were different, despite earlier telling us that we could switch plates and we would both have the same gluten free brownie. Either they are charging more for the same brownie or they were blatantly ignoring food safety for someone with a severe gluten allergy.
