Dexter's

This place is amazing. I heard it was like an upscale bar food spot and it delivers! To start, the cocktails were some of the best I've had in TWC. The deborah is a take on a Manhatten with rhubarb and my god is it good, it will be hard going back to standard manhatten after that. The Osaka to me is like a whiskey ginger with real ginger(!), fresh lemon , yuzu and japanese whiskey on a huge ice cube, delicious. The best part... the Mushroom Burger literally had me moaning with joy in how good it was. Mushroom pate, pickled mushrooms and dipping sauce was just ultimate flavor on top the patties. Two burgers were smashed with some char but so juicy! I got it on a gluten free bun that was easily one of the best GF buns I've ever had in the twin cities. The salmon roe dip was also unreal, I'm not even a fan of roe usually but we ate the whole dish clean. Dexter's is super delicious without being too expensive or a suit and tie dinner spot, but the attention to food and drinks hits that mark. Great ambience, nice staff, and easy enough to park. 15/10 would recommend.

Delicious food! They also had gluten free buns for the hamburgers. Definitely try the trout roe potato waffles!
