I ordered gluten free sweets day before yesterday. I have celiac disease and the sweets were not 100% gluten free. Made a call to make recommendation but was directly transferred to voicemail. So my recommendation to owners here if they read it. The besan you use i am not sure whatsoever brand it is but if its an Indian brand the company has clearly stated it is not gluten free because it is milled in the same mill as wheat. So instead of writing gluten free snacks you should give the caution for may contain gluten so that people like me dont have to face any adverse consequences. Sher brAr or any other Indian brands do not provide gluten free besan or corn flour, it is contaminated. I hope you will take this into consideration.
