I was there recently and had gluten free carbonara. It looked very different from a friends dish that was not gluten free. The colour was “off” and it appeared to have no Parmesan in it. The sauce was also runny and tasted unlike any carbonara I have ever had. Looking back I think perhaps it was uncooked egg yolk. Within 2-3 hours I was violently ill several times. I called and spoke with the manager the next day and she said she would speak with the chef and call me back. 4 days later she has still not returned my call.
