I have a gluten allergy. I called to make sure they could accommodate. The owner got on the phone and spoke to me about my options. We were there to celebrate my son's birthday. The waitress was the owners son. She was lovely and attentive. It was a warm friendly experience all around and the food was delicious.

We just discovered DiMaggio's Cafe on Sunday tucked away in a mall on Lawrence Ave. What a find! The restaurant is very clean with a charming cafe feel. Nice menu including gluten free choices. Delicious food, good prices and attentive wait staff. After our meal I ordered cappuccino. I was served the best cup of cappuccino by Roberta. She has the most pleasant attitude and the sweetest smile. Our entire experience was wonderful. We will be back soon and have just placed DiMaggio's Cafe on our five star restaurant list!
