Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Wonderful, One of the very few places that we can receive gluten free meals in Spokane. Thanks for allowing us a evening off of cooking after a long day of shopping.

The guy cutting my meat was great and felt bad. The young blonde girl at the register unfortunately can't think outside her box. Story- There was this delicious meal they were offering. It was a big Baker and then you could put your meat on top of the baked potato all for $9. They went and got the potato and the meat cutter said oh I'm so sorry they're just not done. He opened tge foil and cut it half but it was raw. Well, I wasn't going to get another meal because I can't eat the bread as I have celiacs disease. So I just decided to get the meat and their potato cassorole side dish. Because I was really craving that big Baker and meat dinner for such a cheap price. So, when I went up to the register the girl asked what I had gotten and I said well I was going to get the baker deal but your potatoes are hard so I guess I'll get just some meat and a side of potatoes. She told me that was going to be $15. I said is it possible for you to give me a meat portion size and the potatoes the same as you would the baked potato and you can only charge me the $9 price? She said we don't do that. Never said I'm sorry nor acknowledged anything I said. Bad customer service if you ask me. Now I had way too much meat that I didn't even want and I had to pay a whole lot more. The baker deal was on a stand at the front door. They should of at least taken it down. Please Spokane... Start thinking outside the box.
