Stumbled upon Dillon’s by accident and was impressed by the artistic, fun atmosphere, great service, and incredibly delicious food. The gluten free wood fired pizza options are so good, and they even have a vegan cheese! I got the fun-guy on GF crust and loved every bite.

Excellent gluten and gluten free pizzas. Hostess was amazing, food delicious. This is a small, local restaurant. Limited seating. We have been here for dinner twice and have been totally impressed with the food and service. Gluten free pizza is exceptional and they are generous with the toppings.
