This is a hidden gem, quite literally, as it's downstairs from the hotel but is very separate from them. We had an incredible meal here, it's the perfect place for a special occasion. They were so accommodating for a gluten free diet, trying to replace elements as like for like, which I know is a real challenge. My husband and I felt they absolutely hit the notes of balancing textures, flavour, sweet, salty, sour, every element on the place had a place. We've recommended to lots of friends. We look forward to coming back!

Photos are missing an incredible chocolate dessert that I ate before snapping as I was over excited. It was all incredible. They made everything gluten free also which was really impressive. We had the full tasting menu which I highly recommend was totally worth it.
