I love this pizza. It is so hard to find gluten free pizza, period. This is actually delicious gluten free pizza. The best New Haven pizza not in New Haven.

I’ve quietly considered myself somewhat of a pizza snob, and yes, I’ve had pizza in many areas, including New Haven, NY, Chicago etc.
After our recent move to Watertown, we came upon Dimitri’s, new to us, but in Watertown for 20+ years. I have to say, this pizza is excellent! Unfortunately I have a bit of a gluten allergy, and have ordered their GF option. They do an awesome job with it, regardless of which one you choose. I strongly recommend this place!
