Ava knew exactly how to accommodate my gluten and dairy allergy. She double checked my order with cooks to make sure that I could have what I ordered. She said she would have them change their gloves to avoid my food from being crossed contaminated. My daughter is vegan but Ava knew what which foods to suggest for her. Ava knew what contained dairy. So that my daughter would not order those items.
