Without a doubt the best burger in Prague. In terms of taste, everything is refined to the last detail. The range of side dishes is also imaginative and will support the extraordinary gastronomic experience (although nutrition therapists would roll their eyes at the fitness fries, if they are not a little too much... a subjective view, ok for me, but next time "ordinary" fries will suffice, which, even if they are of high quality may be unusual). The offer of Únětické beer is also a welcome alternative. The only downside for me is the lack of a gluten-free bun - sure, a gluten-free option is offered as a naked burger, but the unfolded burger is still just a piece of meat with a topping and no burger. The service was average on the day of the visit - neither overly pleasant nor unpleasant, basically nothing to complain about.

A very pleasant evening. Food excellent, beer selection limited but very good. The staff is pleasantly informal, but it works perfectly. I missed the gluten-free bun a bit, but it wasn't bad either.
