I love the attention to detail in the food, it’s all very well seasoned, especially for a chain. Their gluten free options are great, but I have been served not gluten free food which is then corrected later. Just be vigilant when ordering gf options.

This is one of the best meals I've had in this city. Came in here for a Saturday brunch with my sister and was seriously impressed by everything--the service, the atmosphere and of course the food! Dish Society sources (from what I can tell, everything) from local vendors. The last restaurant I went to with the same philosophy was in Los Angeles--and it was also one of the greatest meals I'd ever had. High quality, fresh, hearty and relatively health-conscious food. We both got hashes, a biscuit, and a "power pancake". The biscuit had an amazing flaky texture and saltiness, and the hashes were full of flavor and depth. The power pancake was really something to behold though; I was astonished by the fluffiness and height they were able to accomplish with a gluten-free pancake. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a trendy spot, and pretty nice for brunch with all the natural light. The price is steep, but the quality of the food really speaks for itself.
