Be advised that a section of the menu is a mirage. All "gluten free modified" pasta on the menu is cooked in the same pot of boiling water that all other noodles containing wheat are also cooked in. Major cross contamination. Commercial kitchens that cook a lot of noodles normally keep a pot boiling all day for noodle dishes. I requested a fresh pot with the necessary couple inches of boiling water for my single serving of noodles. The staff were not willing to accommodate the simple request. In my opinion this was not an unreasonable request. Therefor this restaurant is not only uneducated about food allergen cross contamination but they are also very unaccommodating to guest needs.
