This minimalist Michelin-starred restaurant offers a refined, atypically silent ambiance with excellent, attentive table service. The tasting menu is almost 100% gluten-free, thoughtfully adapted for celiac guests, making it a spectacular experience for gluten-free diners.

The tasting menu is good but I find the sauces too repetitive for my taste. The desserts are the weakest. Contrasts that I personally did not like.
The attentive staff. I appreciate the adaptation of the dishes to make them gluten-free. However, I do not find it fair that if they make me less because they have no ideas to adapt it, they charge me the same.
As an experience it is good but we doubt it is not one of the best.
