The burnt ends are cooked perfectly. The sauce comes on a little too strong and kills the meat's flavor. The staff are wonderful, and the place has great energy. If you want to feel the energy in the room of a bar & grill, this is a great place to be. Thursday night Trivia Night with Mike Sleeper was a blast! No gluten-free options explicitly, but there were a few choices that worked.

Our first time visiting and it was really good ! Smoked wings with garlic parm, and a patty melt. We both loved the chips! I'd loved to have tried a burger but they don't offer gluten free buns.. or much wheat free friendly. I'd suggest "Against the Grain" rolls for the burgers. Most restaurants serve Udi and they just don't compare to Against the Grain. I digress .. we shall return to Doc's Porchside!
