The gluten free pizza is by far the nicest GF pizza I've eaten since being diagnosed as a coeliac. The base was as close to a 'normal' pizza base as it could be - something that is very rare with GF pizza. I was so excited to have you confirm you have separate trays and tools for the GF pizza!
