Later on a Tuesday I dropped into Dolcetto Modern Italian restaurant with gluten-feee options for a light meal. It wasn’t too packed so the noise level was good and some of the staff were training on the wine list and doing wine tastings at the bar where I sat. I chose the Funghi White pizza on gluten-free with a glass of Sicilian Syrah. Both delicious and a pairing made in heaven. I could resist the budino cioccolato for dessert and it was gone in seconds and ran my finger inside the cup to capture the remaining chocolate ecstasy. Finished with an espresso macchiato and a smile. Can’t wait until we meet again 💋 Chris >
