This was a very relaxing visit. The salad bar was great. We were told there was a gluten-free pasta and sauce option. We asked how it was prepared since it was sitting next to the other pastas. The woman had to have what I said interpreted, and then I spoke in Spanish to be understood. They used gluten-free pasta and sauce. It was not prepared away from the other foods. They had no idea it was airborne.
I asked how the gf soup options were prepared and was told the vegetables were cut and served, so they should be fine. Again, they do not understand how these foods should be separated for safety.
