Just tried Dolomiti Pizzeria for the first time with my boyfriend, and it was a 10/10 experience. The ambiance is great and suitable for both families or a date night. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. She took my gluten allergy seriously and double-checked everything that I ordered with the kitchen. As someone from Chicago, I’ve had my fair share of pizza, and I can confidently say this was the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. We tried the margarita and added prosciutto and the weekly special. My boyfriend loved his regular pizza just as much! We’re already planning our next visit—highly recommend!

It's my favorite pizza place so far. Their signature creations are simple and yet sophisticated. His chef Roberto likes to surprise the palate with great flavor combinations like prosciutto, arugula, burrata, and aged balsamic. I always have a gluten-free pizza, and it looks and tastes just like the wheat version.
