My wife is not Celiac but lately bread with gluten is affecting her, GF breads available at retailers are not very good. She gave Domaselo a shot and she is very happy, no issues whatsoever. The bread is just excellent and now she is a forever customer.

Great bread for the health conscious. Beside being delicious Sourdough bread is a much better alternative to regular bread due to its low hypoglycemic index, probiotic nature, and low gluten. Plus its organic and fresh making it a much better choice to mass produced ones.
