Eating Gluten Free in Northern Colorado, I recommend Dominic's gluten-free pizza. Respectable 12" size. Tasty housemade dough, thin like a crispy cracker crust. Featuring the Meagan Special: Pepperoni, bacon, pineapple. More local GF reviews on IG @nocoglutenfree

Had to edit my review as the last few times we've gotten pizza it was super greasy & the gluten free pizza is completely different from the first time we had it. It used to be chewy fluffy gluten free pizza but now it's paper thin & hard as a rock. We couldn't even eat all of it. We really used to love this place so we're hoping it changes back to the way it was soon.
