My wife has an autoimmune disease and cannot ingest gluten. She asked what precautions, if any, could be taken with preparing the gluten-free pizza. The workers assured her they could mark it as an allergy and would then be able to take precautions, including using a clean pizza slicer, when preparing the pizza. We decided to try and she if she would get sick. It is the next day, and she has had no symptoms. Thank you for being diligent in preparing our food!
