My son has a sensitivity to gluten, not celiac, not a life-threatening allergy. We ate Domino's gluten-free pizza here in Duncan twice with no issues. The third time we ordered on a Saturday and my son had a serious reaction to it, much more than he would have to exposure to trace amounts of gluten. When I called the restaurant I talked to the shift leader who told me he didn't know anything about their training or procedures to avoid contamination. I didn't receive an apology or an assurance he would look into it. I called back the next day and talked to the manager above him. She seemed much more concerned about covering their tails than about what had happened. It was only after I said I hoped they would review their procedures she said they would do so. I do not feel the Duncan Domino's takes food sensitivities seriously. I paid more for the GF pizza than I would have for a regular pizza but got the exact same reaction. It's not worth the risk.
