The pizza itself is pretty good. They have a gluten free option, which is nice but not included in the deal we got so it was kind of expensive, but still it was nice to have the option.
The website workflow is OK but not my favorite. For example, you couldn't see the price of the items in your cart until you proceeded to checkout.
I was also surprised when I went to pick it up that they no longer offer crushed red pepper or cheese packets. I guess this is a cost-saving move?
All-in-all, I'd give them a 3.5 if I could.
