Domino's Pizza

We placed an order for a gluten free pizza without cheese for a member of my family, due to food allergies. Upon arriving home, it was discovered cheese had been included on the pizza. I called the store and the phone quality left quite a bit to be desired. I could barely hear the person in the kitchen while I was speaking with the employee because the phone picked up every other voice in the kitchen. Eventually the issue was explained and they agreed to remake. I arrived at the store and the pizza was not ready (I live relatively close so this is understandable), but no one in the store knew what I was talking about when I said I was picking up a pizza that had to be remade. Eventually the corrected pizza was provided and I did my best to apologize for the raised voice. Quality of the food was very good, and they did address their mistakes in a relatively timely manner. Please provide a bit more training on severity of food allergies and related requests as a customer's requests are made for a reason.

Every time we order from this place we get a great laugh. One time we had to give up because they were incapable of completing our order, one pie and one order of wings. Just went to the chinese place next door instead. Another day we didn't order from them and they showed up at our door. I had to keep explaining that the address they had wasn't mine. Today we just wanted to know if their wings were okay for people with a gluten allergy. They answered "uhhhhh we just get frozen stuff in a box and heat it up mam.". Lol!! For fun we decided to call corporate to see if they are any better. 29 minutes and 30 seconds later their customer service representative named Hillary answered the phone. In the middle of me kindly asking her the question she hung up on me. Can't make it up.
