Don Diablo is a must for me every time I visit Medellín. The menu has such variety that I never get bored—chicharrón, pulpo, oxtails, tuna tartare, brisket, ribs, and Babette steak are just a few of my faves.
But what really sets Don Diablo apart is the service. I’ve always made sure Thomas was my server because of his attention to my allergies, but since he’s now at the Cartagena location, I was lucky to have Mariana and Davil take over.
On this visit, Davil was my server and he truly went above and beyond. He made sure all my food was gluten-free and dairy-free, offering substitutions and even arranging for a custom GF & DF dessert just for me. I was so impressed, I requested him for my second visit.
