We spent a weekend in Oliva and wound up eating here 3 nights in a row and the reason why is it's very good Italian food AND they have Gluten Free Pasta and Gluten Free Pizza. The GF pizza, both myself and my celiac wife thought, was the best gluten free pizza we've ever had. Service was great each night! The wine was great each night! The brandy I had with dessert each night was great! The Papardelle al parmigiano was delicious and was my favorite of my three dinners. I also had Tagliatelle al burro di funghi and a pizza (regular pizza with gluten). My wife was stoked to have Gluten Free Lunnette al tartufo. She had pizza (I had one slice to confirm it was the best GF pizza) on night 2 and Oven-roasted porchetta on night 3.
