This was beyond exceptional! So many gf choices. I’m coeliac and almost everything on the menu could be offered gf. The quality of the food was outstanding, even the salad was probably the best salad I’ve ever eaten, fresh, delicately flavoured to perfection. Their gf bread and pasta so tasty. I would come back to Valencia (a place I love anyway) simply to eat at this restaurant.
They also make the best negroni!
